# Asset structure index

Asset structure index reflects the level of borrowing and leverage of securities companies.

* **Debts appropriation** - Accounts payable to suppliers, advanced customers, payable to the state, other payables, etc..., which the enterprise has not yet completed. 
* **Liabilities/Equity** - Reflects the relationship between liabilities and equity of the securities company. 
* **Liabilities/Total Assets** - Reflects the relationship between liabilities and total assets of the securities company. 
* **Debt/Total Assets** - A measure of a securities company's assets financed with debt rather than equity. 
* **Total Assets/Equity (Leverage Ratio)** - Reflects the securities company's ability to use capital to finance business activities of the securities company.
