Asset structure index

Asset structure index reflects the level of borrowing and leverage of securities companies.

  • Debts appropriation - Accounts payable to suppliers, advanced customers, payable to the state, other payables, etc..., which the enterprise has not yet completed.

  • Liabilities/Equity - Reflects the relationship between liabilities and equity of the securities company.

  • Liabilities/Total Assets - Reflects the relationship between liabilities and total assets of the securities company.

  • Debt/Total Assets - A measure of a securities company's assets financed with debt rather than equity.

  • Total Assets/Equity (Leverage Ratio) - Reflects the securities company's ability to use capital to finance business activities of the securities company.
