# Activity ratios

Activity ratios reflect a bank's ability to convert various items into cash or revenue.

* <mark style="color:green;">**Non-performing loan ratio (NPL)**</mark> - Reflects loans to customers that are facing high risk in recovering principal and interest due to customers' difficulties.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Provision for loans to customer/Non-performing loans**</mark> - Reflects the correlation between provisions and non-performing loans.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Non-performing loan/Total Assets**</mark> - Reflects the relationship between the amount of non-performing loans and total assets.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Provision expenses for credit losses/Loans to customers**</mark> - Reflects the correlation between provision costs and customer loans.
